🇬🇧 Return Policy (legally correct version)
30-day return window
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return (except personalized items – see below).
To be eligible, the item must be in its original condition:
unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Items returned without prior request will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and correct it.
Exceptions – Non-returnable items
We do not accept returns for:
– personalized items (made specifically to your instructions),
– perishable goods,
– personal care products,
– hazardous materials, flammable liquids, gases,
– sale items,
– gift cards.
“Made on demand” products (POD) are not considered personalized → they remain returnable.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have and place a new order once the return is accepted.
EU 14-day cooling-off period
If goods are shipped to the European Union, you have 14 days to cancel or return your order for any reason, without justification.
Items must be returned in their original condition: unused, with tags, and in their original packaging.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return.
If approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact store@cheapsmusic.com.
